Agnel Infotech Private Limited is based out of St Thomas Mount, specifically on Buttroad. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty busy around here. Our door is at 6/62 A Karayar Koil Street. It’s an old part of the city, and the streets are a bit narrow, which makes parking a bit of a headache sometimes. The building itself is just a standard place where we’ve set up our computers and files. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a glass front or a big lobby. Inside, it’s mostly just us typing away and making calls. Being in the 600016 pin code area means we are right in the thick of things between Chennai and Kancheepuram. You can hear the city life outside the windows all day long. We start our day early enough to beat some of the heat and stay until the work is finished. It’s a simple setup. There are a few of us who have been here for a bit, so we know the local shops for lunch and where to get the best tea nearby. We don't use any complicated systems to manage ourselves, we just talk to each other across the room. It’s a very grounded way to work.
