Padmavision

Our office, Padmavision, is located at No. 39 Ramasamy Gardens in Adyar. Adyar is a nice part of the city to work in because of all the trees and the general feel of the neighborhood. We are tucked away in Ramasamy Gardens, so it doesn't feel like you are right in the middle of a frantic business district. It’s a comfortable spot where we can actually hear ourselves think. The building we are in has a bit of age to it, which gives it some personality. We aren't big on corporate formality here. Most of us just wear whatever is comfortable and get on with our tasks. The work involves a lot of looking at things closely, and we have the right setup for that in our rooms. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of living and working here. We usually have the windows open to catch a breeze if it’s not too dusty outside. There is a lot of green around us, which makes the breaks a bit more pleasant. We’ve got a small kitchen area where people argue over whose turn it is to buy the milk. It is a very normal, human place to spend the day. We are just a group of people in Adyar doing our thing and keeping the business running as best as we can every day. It is a good place to be.
