We are located over in Besant Nagar on 16th Cross Street. It’s a bit quieter here than the main beach road, which is nice for getting work done. Number 10 is where we are set up. Besant Nagar has a specific feel to it, a bit more relaxed than the rest of Chennai, though the traffic has been getting worse lately. Our office is a pretty standard setup in a residential-style building. We aren't in one of those massive IT parks with security guards at every gate. It’s more low-key than that. You walk in, and it’s just a regular workspace with computers and desks. Most of us have been working here for a while, so we have our own way of doing things. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing with team-building exercises or wall posters with slogans. We just show up, do the tech work, and go home. Sometimes we walk down towards the beach after work if the weather is okay. The building itself is okay, nothing special to look at from the outside, but it serves its purpose for what we do. There are a few trees on the street that provide some shade for the bikes parked outside. It’s a decent place to spend the day. We keep the files organized as best we can and try to stay on top of the projects without making a big deal out of it. It’s a steady pace here most of the time.
