Our clinic, Abi'S Naturopathy And Yoga Clinic, is located at No 109 B, right near the Periyar Nagar Bus Terminus. If you know SRP Colony Main Road, we’re just there on the 1st Street in SRP Nagar. It’s quite a busy area because of the bus stand, so there’s always something going on outside. We focus on naturopathy and yoga here. It’s basically about natural ways of staying healthy. We have some space for yoga sessions and a few rooms where we talk to people about their diet or lifestyle. It isn’t a massive center, just a local spot in Perambur where people come to feel a bit better. Sometimes the traffic outside can be loud, but inside we try to keep things calm. We’ve been here for a bit, and a lot of regular faces stop by. Some come for the morning yoga, others just want to ask about natural remedies. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know the routines. It's a simple life here. We open early because that’s when most people want to do their exercises before heading to work. The location is handy since you can just hop off the bus and walk over. We don’t make things fancy. It’s just a place to practice yoga and talk about health without all the chemicals and stuff. It fits our neighborhood well and we like being part of the community here.
