Aarthi Cell

The shop is at No 53 on RK Mutt Road, which is right in the heart of Mylapore. We are quite close to the BS Matriculation School, so we see a lot of students and parents walking by every morning and afternoon. It is a small space, mostly filled with glass counters where we keep different mobile phones and accessories. We have racks on the walls for chargers, cables, and all kinds of plastic cases in different colors. People come in quite often because they dropped their phone or need a new screen protector put on. It takes a steady hand to get those things lined up right without bubbles. The street noise is constant here, with the buses and bikes going past on their way through Mylapore. We spend the day either helping someone pick out a basic phone or fixing a small issue with a device that isn't charging. It’s a busy little spot, and sometimes it gets a bit cramped when three or four people are inside at once. We keep a few chairs for people to sit while they wait for a quick repair. The lighting inside is bright so we can see the small parts we are working with. It is just a normal local phone shop where we try to keep up with all the different models coming out. We don't do anything too fancy, just the regular work of keeping people's phones running. There is usually a pile of old boxes in the back corner.
