You can find Aara Invotech at Plot No. 25B on 4th Main Road in Rajalakshmi Nagar. This part of Chennai is mostly residential, so it stays fairly quiet during the day compared to the main junctions. We are under the Chennai City Corporation, and the area has grown a lot over the last few years. Our office is just a regular building where we’ve set up our tech gear. We have a couple of rooms filled with computers and a big whiteboard that is usually covered in scribbles and notes that only we understand. The parking situation can be a little tight on the street if everyone arrives at the same time, but we manage. Most of us bring our own lunch in tiffin boxes, so the office smells like home-cooked food around one o'clock. We don't have a big marketing team or a polished front desk. It's just us sitting at our desks and working through whatever projects are on the list for the week. The humidity in this part of town can be tough, so the air conditioner stays on for most of the day. We have some plastic chairs for visitors and a water dispenser that always seems to need a refill. It is a very practical setup. We just focus on the technical work and try to get things done right without making a big deal out of it. It feels like a neighborhood business.
