Aamir Associates

Our office, Aamir Associates, is tucked away on Ravi Street in Seethapathi Nagar, which is part of the Velacheri area. Specifically, we are at 41/2. Velacheri is a pretty crowded neighborhood these days, but our street is a bit more manageable than the main roads. We’ve been working out of this spot for a bit, handling various property matters that come our way. It’s a small operation, just a few of us here doing the day-to-day work. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place to keep our files and meet with people who need help. We like being in Seethapathi Nagar because it feels more like a community than some of the newer commercial blocks. Sometimes the street gets a little flooded when it rains heavily, which is just part of living and working in this part of Chennai. Most people who come to see us are locals from the nearby streets. We don't do much fancy advertising; people just find us by word of mouth or by walking past. It's a steady pace of work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or going out to look at different sites nearby. It’s a simple setup and we try to keep things as straightforward as possible for everyone who walks through the door. It’s just how we run things here every single day without any major issues.
