369 Global India Private Limited is situated right in the middle of Chennai at ASV Chamiers Square. We are on the second floor of the building at 87/48. It’s a pretty well-known spot in the city, so it’s easy for people to find us. Chamiers Road is always packed with cars and people, which gives the place a lot of energy. Our office is a decent size, and being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below. We do global work from here, which means sometimes our hours are a bit strange to match other time zones. The building has decent facilities, which makes the work day a bit easier than if we were in a standalone house. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations or mission statements on the walls. It’s mostly just whiteboards with notes and desks with monitors. The air conditioning is a lifesaver because Chennai heat is really tough most of the year. We usually grab lunch from one of the many cafes nearby on the road. It’s a professional enough environment but we keep things relaxed inside the office. We don't really go for the whole formal corporate vibe. It's just a bunch of us trying to get the job done and making sure the business stays on track. We like the location because it’s central for everyone on the team.
