1Neit Global Solutions Llp is based out of an apartment, specifically Flat A306 in the Marg Pushpadruma building. This is right on the OMR, which everyone knows is the main IT road in Chennai, though technically we are in the Chengalpattu area near Kanchipuram. The apartment complex is pretty big and has a lot of people living there, so we are just one unit among many. We chose this spot because the power backup is reliable and the internet is fast enough for the global work we handle. It feels more like a home than an office, which is fine by us. We usually have the balcony doors shut because the road noise from the OMR can get a bit much during peak hours. Our team is small, so we don't need a massive commercial floor. We just use the rooms for different tasks. Sometimes the security at the gate asks a lot of questions when people come to visit, but that is just part of living in a gated community. We do our work, drink a lot of coffee, and try to stay on top of the projects. It’s a practical way to run a business without spending too much on fancy glass buildings. Most of the time it’s just the sound of typing and the occasional zoom call. It’s a straightforward setup for what we need to get done every day.
