Valeth Hightech Composites P. Ltd.

We are situated out at number 56 in Kazhipattur, near the Padur Post in Kelambakkam. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but we like being out here where there’s a little more space. We work with composites, which is a lot of hands-on stuff that requires a bit of patience. The workshop is usually full of molds and different materials waiting to be processed. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to wear a nice suit, that’s for sure. We spend our days measuring things out and making sure the resins set correctly. Sometimes the weather affects how the materials behave, so we have to keep an eye on the humidity. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we have a local feel even though the work we do sounds a bit technical. We have a small area in the front for visitors, but most people just come straight to the back where the action is. Lunch is usually a quiet affair under the shade of the trees outside the main door. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone like that; we just focus on the pieces we are making. Every day brings a new set of things to figure out, and we just take it one step at a time until the job is done. It can be tiring work, but seeing the finished parts makes it worth it.
