Unibose Engineering India Pvt Ltd is based down on Ambedhkar Street, specifically at No : 25 in Peramanoor. We are right in the Maraimalai Nagar area, which is part of the Kanchipuram district. It’s a fairly industrial part of the region, so there is always a lot of movement and work happening nearby. We’ve been operating out of this spot for some time, handling the engineering tasks that come our way. Our building is pretty straightforward, tucked into the street among other workshops and local houses. It gets a bit dusty around here with all the construction and transport, but that is just part of being in an industrial zone like Maraimalai Nagar. We spend most of our time on the shop floor or dealing with technical drawings rather than sitting in air-conditioned meetings. The guys here have been with us for a good bit, and we all know how the machines should run. If you are looking for us, you just head down Ambedhkar Street until you see our gate. It’s not a large corporate park, just a regular street where people work hard. We don’t really do much in terms of self-promotion; the work we finish usually speaks for itself among the people who know what we do.
