Mill More Engineering Pvt. Ltd.

Our place is at 43, Old Kazhipattur Link Road, over in Padur Kelambakkam. It’s a bit of a drive out here, but we like having the space. Mill More Engineering Pvt. Ltd. started as a small project and just kept growing into what it is today. We do a lot of heavy lifting and engineering work, so the floor is usually covered in metal shavings or grease. It’s just the nature of the job. We don’t wear suits here; it’s mostly work shirts and sturdy boots. The link road can get dusty in the summer, and sometimes the trucks have a hard time turning into our gate, but we get by. We’ve got a core group of people who have stayed with us through all the ups and downs. We talk about the projects over lunch in the small break room we built in the corner. There isn't any corporate talk here. We just discuss what's working and what's broken. Most days are long, but we like the feeling of finishing a tough job. The equipment we use is old but it works fine because we take care of it ourselves. We aren't fancy, and we don't try to be. If you call, you’ll talk to one of us directly, not a machine. It’s honest work on a quiet road, and that suits us just fine. Sometimes we get a lot of rain on the link road and things slow down, but we always catch up.
