Tfa Agri Initiatives Private Limited is based in Chitlapakkam, which is in the southern part of Chennai. You can find us at 1/9, Fifth Cross Street in M.C Nagar. It’s a regular neighborhood, so our office feels more like a home than a corporate space. We work on different agriculture projects and initiatives around Tamil Nadu. Being in Chennai gives us a good base to reach other areas, but Chitlapakkam itself is where we do our planning. The Fifth Cross Street is usually pretty calm. We have a small team of people who actually care about how farming is done. We aren't big on titles or formal meetings. Usually, we just sit around the table and figure out what the next step is for our current project. M.C Nagar is a nice place to be located. It’s close enough to the city for business but far enough out to avoid the worst of the traffic. We deal with a lot of different people in the farming world. Sometimes we are out traveling to meet farmers, and other times we are here on Fifth Cross Street catching up on emails and calls. It’s a lot of work to keep these initiatives moving, but we enjoy the challenge. We don't have any big slogans. We just show up and do what needs to be done for the day. That is how we have always operated here since we started.
