Bashas Food Factory Private Limited is found over in Pallikaranai, at No 1 on the West Anna Nagar Narayanapuram Main Road. This part of Chennai has grown so much lately, but our spot remains the same. The main road is always busy with traffic, but our factory and office space provide us with enough room to get our work done. It is not a glamorous place. It is a functional space where we handle food products. You will often see trucks and vans coming in and out of the gate. Inside, it is a hive of activity. We have people working on different tasks, from managing orders to checking the stock. Our office area is just a corner of the building with a few desks and a lot of ledgers. We don't believe in having a fancy setup. We would rather spend our time and energy on the food we produce. The staff here is a tight-knit group. We have lunch together and talk about regular things. There is no corporate hierarchy that makes people feel out of place. We are all here to do a job. The heat can be quite something in Pallikaranai, so we keep the fans going all day. It is a noisy, busy, and hardworking environment. We are proud of what we do at Bashas Food Factory, but we don't feel the need to shout about it. We just keep our heads down and work.
