Rikseng Agro Producer Company Limited is located up at 1 No Murkongselek. We are operating out of Nakesh Pegu's place. It’s a fairly remote location, but that’s the nature of being an agro producer company in this region. We are right there where the farming happens. The setup is very modest. We don't have any big corporate signs or fancy furniture. It's just a place to sit down and talk about the business of farming. Life in Murkongselek is pretty quiet for the most part. We follow the rhythm of the seasons. When it's time to plant or harvest, everyone is out in the fields. We don't have much of a digital presence, we mostly just talk to people face to face. It’s a more personal way of doing things. Sometimes the electricity goes out or the phones don't work, but we just carry on anyway. We aren't trying to impress anyone with our office. We just want to make sure the work gets done and the producers are taken care of. It's a small operation, and we like it that way. Being at Nakesh's house makes it feel more like a community effort than a cold business. We just take each day as it comes and try to be useful to the farmers who live near us. There is always a lot to do and we just keep moving forward.
