Sri Ganga Devi Granites

If you head down toward the Electricity Office in Devanahalli, you’ll find us. We are located in Village Kundna, specifically at Sarve No- 06. Sri Ganga Devi Granites has been operating out of this spot for a good bit of time now. It’s a quiet area mostly, away from the main city rush, which is nice for us. We have a big open space where we keep all the granite piles. Working here means getting your hands dirty every single day. There is always stone dust in the air and the constant sound of machines. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just sell granite. Some people come from the village and others drive out from the city. We show them the different colors we've got in the yard. Every slab is unique, so we tell people to look closely at the patterns before they decide. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us. We spend our mornings checking the inventory and our afternoons loading up orders. Sometimes the power goes out, and since we're near the electricity office, it's a bit ironic. But we manage. We’ve got a couple of guys who help with the heavy stuff. It's hard work, especially when the sun is beating down on the stone in the afternoon. But it's what we do. We like being part of the Devanahalli community and seeing houses go up.
