Our Hoskote office is located on the outskirts of Bangalore in the 562114 area. It’s a bit further out than our other spots, which actually makes it much easier for us to get to some of our larger project sites without getting stuck in city traffic all day long. The office is a simple place where we manage the local operations for the developer. We don't have any corporate fluff here. It’s mostly just a practical space for meetings and keeping our project records straight. The drive out here can be a bit long depending on the time of day, but we’ve all gotten used to it over the months. We have a small, dedicated team that handles everything from site inspections to making sure the contractor payments are processed. We don't really bother with expensive furniture or any high-end décor. We just need a solid roof over our heads and a place to put our computers. It’s a working office in every sense of the word. Most of the time, we’re out in the field and only really come back here to finish up the necessary paperwork. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We’ve been part of the Hoskote landscape for a while now and have seen how much the area is growing. We just focus on our specific projects and try to do a decent job every day. It isn't fancy, but it gets the work done well enough.
