Rajadhani Developers

The Rajadhani Developers office is located at 95-3-45 in Khdu Colony, over in Kurunarahatti. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but it’s where we do all our planning and paperwork for our various projects. We focus on developing sites, which means there’s usually a lot of dirt, dust, and blueprints involved in our daily routine. The office itself has a lot of rolls of paper lying around and a couple of computers that are always running. We spend a lot of time out at the actual construction sites, checking on the workers and making sure the materials arrived on time. Back at the colony office, things are a bit more relaxed. We sit around the big table and talk about what needs to be done next. It’s not a polished environment; there are usually some muddy boots near the door and a lot of empty tea cups sitting on the side. People come by to ask about when the next phase of building will be finished. We tell them what we know, though sometimes the weather slows things down and we have to adjust our plans. Dealing with the local authorities takes up a good chunk of the week, too. It’s hard work, and the days are often long, but that’s just how it is in the development business. We’ve been here a while and the locals know where to find us.
