Paschim Developer

We are located at number 21 in the Kudurgere Colony, which is part of Alur Post up in Bangalore North. It’s a bit of a trek from the main city center, but we like the space and the quiet out here. Being Paschim Developer means we are mostly looking at land and building projects in this side of the region. The office is a simple building that serves its purpose. We spend a lot of our time out on sites, so the office can be empty for hours at a time during the day. When we are here, we are usually catching up on all the admin work that piles up on our desks. The roads around Kudurgere can be a bit rough after the rain, so we’ve learned to drive carefully around here. We don't have any big marketing slogans or shiny brochures to show people who visit. We just show them what we’ve actually built or the land we are currently working on. It’s a quiet life for the most part, away from the heavy Bangalore traffic and noise. We deal with local workers and suppliers mostly. Sometimes things go wrong with the supply chain or the weather stops us, but we just keep pushing through. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to build some quality spaces for people to use. It’s hard work and it takes a lot of patience from everyone. We just take things as they come.
