Murthy Estate Agency is my little business based in Kodihalli. We are located on the second floor at 56 Gandhi Peth. If you know where the Leela Palace is, we are just right behind it, which is a good landmark for people trying to find us. I have been working in the property business for quite many years now. People usually come to see me when they are looking to rent a flat or perhaps buy a small bit of land. It is mostly local business. I spend a lot of my time on the phone or out on the street showing people various buildings and plots. Gandhi Peth is always a busy area, and being so close to the Leela Palace means there is always a lot of movement. I do not have a fancy office with big glass windows and leather chairs. It is just a simple room with my desk, some old files, and a few chairs for when clients stop by. I try to be as helpful as I can with the local knowledge I have gathered. Buying a house is a huge step, so I just try to explain things clearly without any exaggerations. If a place has issues, I will tell you straight. My name is on the door, so I have to be honest. It is just me working here, though sometimes my nephew comes in to help with the computer work. We know most of the landlords around here personally. It is just a normal agency.
