S V Properties

Setting up S V Properties at 57 Begur Hunasamaramahalli was a big step for us. We are right opposite to Ramesh Apartments, so we have a lot of people walking by and glancing at our sign. This area has grown a lot lately, and it feels like there is always something new happening just down the street. Our office is small and functional. We have some maps and a few chairs for whoever stops in. It’s not fancy, just a place to sit down and talk. We spend a lot of time out and about, but this is where we come back to do the paperwork. It gets a little dusty because of all the construction nearby, but that’s just part of being in an expanding part of town. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we’re a huge corporation. It’s just a local business trying to do things right for the people who live around here or want to move in. Sometimes we just sit and have a coffee while looking out at the traffic towards Begur. It’s a good spot to be in. We know most of the people who work in the shops nearby, and it feels like a real community. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay on top of the list of things we need to get done.
