K V S Properties

Our office is over in the GMR Complex on Patel Nanjundappa Road. If you know where the Shree Krishnasagara Hotel is, we are right near there in Dommasandra Ram Swamy Palya. K V S Properties isn't some big corporate firm with hundreds of agents and fancy brochures. It’s mostly just us handling local land and house stuff around this specific area. People come in asking about plots or if there’s anything decent for rent nearby. The paperwork can be a real headache sometimes with all the legalities, so we spend a lot of time just sorting through files and making calls to the authorities. The office is usually open during the day, but sometimes we’re all out at a site showing someone a piece of land or checking on a property. It’s a lot of walking around and talking to people on the street. This neighborhood has changed a lot lately, with lots of new buildings going up everywhere you look. We try to keep track of what’s available but things move fast and prices change before we can even write them down. We don't have any big advertisements or billboards. Most people just walk in because they saw our name while going to the hotel or they live in the neighborhood. It’s a pretty straightforward business. We just help people find a place or sell what they have. It’s honest work and keeps us busy enough throughout the week. Sometimes we even forget to lock the door when we step out for tea.
