We are located at 272/8 in Nelamangala, specifically on the 19th Main in Vijaya Bank Colony. Our office is quite close to the Nelamangala Check Post, so it’s a landmark most people around here know. Real estate in this area is mostly about land and small houses. We spend a lot of our time walking through empty plots and checking the stone markers at the boundaries. It’s often hot outside, and we end up dusty by the end of the day. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy office with glass partitions. It’s just a small room with some chairs and a table where we can look at site maps. Many of the people we deal with are local residents who have lived here for generations. We know who owns which piece of land and the history of the properties nearby. Sometimes there are issues with the documents, and we have to spend hours at the government offices trying to get things cleared up. It’s a lot of waiting and talking. We don't use any high-pressure sales tactics. We just show the property, tell the price, and let the people decide for themselves. The area is developing slowly, and we’ve seen new buildings come up where there used to be just fields. It’s a straightforward business, and we prefer it that way.
