This is the office of The Acc Ltd (Holcim Group) over in Cementnagar. You can find us at Ag-7, and you might see Rajesh Dhiman’s name on some of the mail or the paperwork. We are in the Chandarpur district of Maharashtra, post office code 442502. As the name Cementnagar suggests, this whole area is built around the industry. It is a very specific kind of place to work. Everything here revolves around the plant and the daily production schedules. Our office at Ag-7 is a simple space. We do not have fancy decorations on the walls or expensive carpets. It is mostly just functional furniture and the steel files we need for the day. The heat in Chandarpur is something else, especially in the middle of the year when the sun is high. We have to keep the coolers running just to stay focused on the tasks. It is a hardworking town. People here are practical and they do not have time for unnecessary fluff. We are proud to be part of that community. We see the same faces every day and we know the local rhythms. The post office is close by, which is handy for our daily mail. We have been operating out of this spot for quite some time now. It is not a glamorous corporate life, but it is our life. We just handle the business at hand and make sure everything stays on track for the group. That is how we do things.
