Up here in Upparwahi, the Mcw Colony is where everything happens for us. Our office is at G-152, and it’s a standard colony house. Anshu Mishra runs things here, mostly focusing on the logistics and the local plant stuff. Chandrapur is incredibly hot for most of the year, so we’ve got heavy curtains to keep the sun out of the office rooms. It’s a very basic setup—just some desks, chairs, and a few computers that have seen better days. We handle the paperwork for the cement that goes out to the nearby districts. Since we live in the colony, there isn't much of a commute, which is a convenient thing. We just walk over in the morning. The sound of the plant is always there in the background, like a hum you eventually stop hearing. We aren't doing any big marketing or sales pitches here. We just make sure the numbers add up and the trucks leave on time. Sometimes we have meetings on the porch when it’s not too hot. We know all the security guards and the other staff living nearby. It’s a very practical, hardworking environment without any of the corporate fluff you find in big cities. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. There is always a stack of paperwork on the corner of the desk waiting for the morning mail. The morning shift starts with checking the inventory and making sure the gate passes are ready.
