You Like Hair Cutting Saloon

You can find You Like Hair Cutting Saloon at Shop Number 69 in the Luxmi Naryan Market. We are in Sector 26, very close to the Sabzi Mandi. Because of the vegetable market, it’s always crowded and noisy around here from very early in the morning. I usually arrive when the trucks are still unloading. The shop is small and has that smell of talcum powder and aftershave that I've grown used to. There is a lot of dust because of the main road, so I have to wipe the counters multiple times a day. We have the old-style barber chairs that are actually quite comfortable. People come in after doing their shopping at the mandi, often carrying bags of onions or potatoes. It makes the place feel alive. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with the noise of the horns outside. I’ve been cutting hair here for a long time. I don't use any high-end machines, just the usual clippers and my favorite pair of shears. My hands know the movements by heart now. Sector 26 is a hardworking part of Chandigarh, and our shop fits right in. I keep a calendar on the wall to track the days, though they all start to look the same after a while. It’s just an honest day's work for me and the guys who help out. Sometimes I sit outside and watch the market crowd pass by when the shop is empty.
