We are located on Kandala Road in Jagatpura, which is right near the railway bridge. You can often hear the trains going by if you listen closely enough. It’s a busy part of Chandigarh, and the 160001 zip code keeps us on our toes. The shop is right there on the road, so it gets a bit of dust from the passing cars, but we try to keep it clean inside. We have a few chairs and the usual tools like clippers and scissors. We open up early and stay late to catch the people coming home from work. It’s a basic place with no fancy decorations or anything like that. We just have the mirrors and a place for people to sit while they wait. Jagatpura is a hardworking area and we try to match that energy. Sometimes we stand outside the door when it's slow just to watch the traffic near the bridge. We’ve known some of our customers since we first opened up here. It’s a simple life, cutting hair and talking to the people from the neighborhood. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just work with hair and try to make sure the shop stays open and busy.
