Yaseen Hair Dresser

We've been at shop 176 in Janta Market for a while now. Most people know where it is because it's right by the bus stand here in Chandigarh. It gets busy during the day with people coming and going. The shop isn't fancy, just a regular place where you get your hair cut. I usually open up early and stay until the evening. We see a lot of the same faces every week. It's just a small spot. Sometimes the music is playing, other times it's just the sound of the scissors. Being near the bus stand means we get folks just passing through too. It can be a bit noisy outside with the traffic, but that's just how the market is. I've got my chairs set up and the mirrors are always a bit dusty by the end of the shift. We do what we do. Nothing too complicated. If you're walking around the market, you'll probably see the sign. It’s a 160001 area code. I try to keep things tidy but it's a working shop. There’s always hair on the floor until I sweep it up between customers. It’s just how a local barber shop works. People come in, chat a bit, get their hair trimmed, and go about their day. It’s a simple life here in the market. I like the regular routine of it all.
