Our place is located out at Plot No.40, Gate No.94, which is inside the High-Cliff Industrial Estate. If you’re heading toward Kesnand from Wagholi village, you’ll find us there. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city center, but we like the space we have out here. Wika Instruments India Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this site for some time now. The building is functional. We use it mostly for checking instruments and making sure everything is calibrated right before it goes out. Inside, it's usually pretty focused. People are hunched over benches or looking at screens. It isn't a retail shop, so we don't get many walk-ins, just the occasional delivery driver or a technician coming in for a meeting. The road outside can get a bit dusty when the trucks go by, but that’s expected in an industrial estate. We have a small canteen area where the staff takes their breaks. It's where most of the actual talking happens, usually about the commute or the weather. We keep a regular schedule, starting early in the morning and wrapping up by evening. There’s a lot of metal and glass around because of what we handle. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have any big signs or flashing lights, just the name on the gate so people know they’re at the right spot. It’s a decent place to work.
