New S.R. Industries

Our workshop is located out in Phase-II of the industrial area at number 909-A. It is right in the middle of all the noise and the big trucks that are always moving in and out of the gates. New S.R. Industries is basically a place where we do metal work and fabrication. We have some heavy machinery for cutting and shaping parts. It stays pretty dusty because of all the grinding we do throughout the day. We wear our old, stained clothes because they just get covered in oil and grease by ten in the morning anyway. The roof is made of tin sheets, so when it rains, it gets so loud that you have to shout to be heard. We do a lot of small jobs for people who bring in broken parts or sketches of things they want us to build. We do not have a fancy office with a sofa or air conditioning. There is just a small corner with a wooden table and a couple of plastic chairs for when a customer comes to discuss a project. We have been working in this area for a long time. The machines look a bit old now but they are solid and they still do the job right. We spend most of our hours measuring, welding, and fixing things. It is tiring and your hands are always black with soot, but we just keep at it.
