Whistling Duck

You can find us in the back lane of Sector 26, right at Sco-10. Being near the police station means it’s a fairly quiet and safe spot, though the lane itself can get a bit crowded with cars sometimes. Whistling Duck has been here for a bit now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s not the easiest place to spot if you’re just driving by the main road, but once you find the back entry, it’s pretty straightforward. We spend our days getting everything ready before the doors open. There is always a lot of cleaning and prep work to do in the kitchen and the seating area. We aren't trying to be anything too grand, just a place in Chandigarh where you can sit down and have a meal without too much fuss. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we know the area well. Sometimes the weather gets really hot, and we’re all just trying to keep the place cool for whoever walks in. We have our regulars who know exactly where to park their bikes or cars in the alley. It gets a little hectic during the weekends, which is normal for any place around here. We just focus on getting the food out and making sure the tables are wiped down. It’s a job, and we like doing it here in Sector 26.
