Vivek Stationers & Gift Centre

You’ll find Vivek Stationers & Gift Centre at 22 Sector 46. It’s a place that smells mostly like fresh paper and ink. We have aisles filled with notebooks, pens, and all the stuff students need for their classes. We also have a section for gifts, which is mostly photo frames and small decorative items that people pick up at the last minute. The shop isn't huge, so we have to stack the reams of paper on the floor sometimes. We spend a lot of time helping people find the right kind of pen or making photocopies when the machine is actually working right. Sector 46 is a quiet enough area, but we get a lot of foot traffic from the nearby houses. We have a small radio that usually plays old songs while we work. The front window has some faded posters in it that we’ve been meaning to change for months now. It's just a regular shop where we do our best to keep things in order, even when it feels like there’s too much stuff and not enough room. We know many of the parents in the neighborhood because their kids have been buying school supplies from us for years. The floor is a bit worn down in front of the counter where everyone stands to pay. We don’t have any fancy displays, just simple wooden shelves that we built ourselves a long time ago. It’s a steady job that keeps us going every day.
