Vimpys

Vimpys has been around this part of Sector 35 for a good while now. We are located right by A G Technologies Park on Iti Road, specifically at SCO-495-496. It’s a busy spot especially when the office crowds come out for their breaks. You can hear the hum of the city all day long from our front door. The space inside is mostly just functional with tables and chairs that have seen a lot of use over the years. I spend a lot of my time making sure everything is where it should be before the lunch rush starts. It gets pretty loud in here when the place is full of people talking over each other. We try to keep things simple and just focus on getting the day started early. The walk from the main road isn't too long so we see a lot of the same faces every single day. Some people just stop in for a quick minute while others linger for an hour or so. It’s a bit of a maze in this part of the city if you aren’t used to the SCO numbers. I’ve lived around here most of my life so I don't mind the noise much anymore. The windows get a bit foggy in the winter mornings which I kind of like. We don't really have a big team, just a few of us who know how the kitchen and the floor work together. It’s just a regular local place doing what it does and keeping things moving.
