New Purse Palace

New Purse Palace is tucked away on 4th Cross in K S Garden. Even though the address says Sector 19, we feel like a real part of the local neighborhood community here. I started this shop because I wanted to work for myself instead of someone else. It’s a small room filled with bags, clutches, and purses of all different kinds. The floor is a bit uneven in one corner, so I had to put a folded piece of cardboard under one of the display cases to keep it from wobbling whenever someone walks by. It’s little things like that you deal with when you’re not a big chain store with a lot of money. I get my stock from different places, always looking for something that looks okay but doesn't cost a fortune for the neighbors who live nearby. Most of my customers are women from the nearby streets who stop by while they are out for a walk or running their daily errands. We talk about the weather or the local news happening in the garden area while they look at the bags. I don’t have a big marketing plan or anything fancy. I just put a small sign out on 4th Cross and hope people notice it. It’s a quiet life for the most part. Sometimes the rain leaks a little near the front door, so I keep an old bucket handy, but we get by. It is just an honest place to buy a purse without any extra fuss or high prices.
