Samsonite Travel World

You can find Samsonite Travel World located right near Fun Republic on Shitladevi Temple Road in Manimajra. The shop is filled with all sorts of suitcases and travel gear. It can get pretty busy on the weekends because of the temple nearby and the theater crowd that walks past. We spend a lot of our time showing people how the different locks work or explaining the sizes for carry-on luggage. The floor is mostly covered with bags of all different colors and materials. Sometimes the place feels a bit small when we get a fresh delivery of those big hard-shell cases. We have been here at number 816 for a long time. It is mostly just us checking the zippers and moving things around to make enough space for people to walk. The glass windows out front get dusty very fast with all the traffic on the road, so we are always wiping them down. People coming in are usually planning some kind of trip, which is always nice to hear about. We just sit here, talk to the locals, and handle the inventory. It is a very straightforward setup. We keep the lights on late most nights. If someone needs a bag for a flight or a long bus journey, they stop in. We do not do much else besides manage the shop and help folks find what they need for their travels.
