Our office is right at 107 in Sector-22, and you can't really miss it because we are directly opposite Gautem Tent House. It is a busy little area, especially when there is a wedding or something going on across the street. We’ve been working out of this spot for a long time, helping people with property stuff. Most days it is just us answering the phone or talking to people who walk in looking for a place to rent or buy. It is not a big corporate setup at Verma Estates Property Consultant. It’s just a few desks and a lot of maps and papers. We know the streets around here pretty well by now. If someone asks about a specific corner in the sector, we can usually tell them who lives there or what the building is like. We spend a lot of time out of the office too, walking around and looking at different sites. It’s dusty work sometimes, but that’s just how it goes. We don't use any fancy software or big presentations. We just talk to people and try to find what fits for them. Sometimes the tea gets cold because we’re busy talking, but nobody seems to mind much. It’s just a local business trying to help neighbors find their way through all the property rules and listings. It keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down, and that is fine by us.
