Vap Employability Solutions

Our office for Vap Employability Solutions is situated in Sector 9, at SCO-135-136. It’s a practical space where we focus on helping people find work. We don't have any flashy signs or expensive furniture. It’s just a few desks, some chairs, and computers that have been running for a long time. People come in looking for advice on how to get a job or how to improve their skills. We spend a lot of time looking at resumes and talking about what different companies are looking for. Sector 9 is a busy spot, so there’s always some hustle and bustle outside our windows. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of typing and the occasional phone ringing. We aren’t some big-shot corporate firm with a lobby and a receptionist. Usually, one of us just looks up from a desk when someone walks in. The filing cabinets are a bit disorganized, but we know where everything is. We try to keep things simple and honest. If we think someone needs to practice their interview skills, we tell them. It’s a quiet kind of work, but it feels good when someone calls back to say they got a job. We’ve been in this SCO for a few years now. The elevator in the building is a bit slow, so we usually just take the stairs. It’s just a regular office doing what we can for the local folks.
