Ultratech Concrete, Grasim Industries Ltd

Our office is located at House Number 3327 on the third floor in Sector 23 D of Chandigarh. It’s a standard residential-style building that we use for the Ultratech Concrete and Grasim Industries Ltd business. Chandigarh is a very organized city, and being in Sector 23 D makes it easy to get around. We don’t have a massive warehouse at this specific spot; it’s more for the administrative side of things. We handle the orders, do the billing, and talk to the clients from here. The third floor doesn't have an elevator, so we get our exercise climbing the stairs every day. It’s a quiet enough area compared to some of the bigger industrial hubs. We’ve been here for a while and have a good routine down. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at spreadsheets. It isn't very glamorous, but it’s how we keep the concrete moving to the construction sites where it’s needed. We try to be straightforward with everyone who calls. If there’s a delay, we say so. If we can get a truck there early, we do that too. No point in making things more complicated than they need to be. The staff here is small, just a few of us who know the business well. We like the neighborhood and the way the city is laid out. It makes our logistics a bit easier than in other places.
