Trendz The Furniture Mall

Trendz The Furniture Mall is located at No. 129/1 in Industrial Area-1, Chandigarh. We are right behind the LNT mall, which makes it easier for people to find us if they get turned around. The space we have is quite large because you need a lot of room to show off sofas and dining tables. It’s basically a big warehouse with concrete floors and high ceilings. It doesn't have the fancy carpets or bright spotlights you see in some of the big chain stores. We prefer it this way because it’s more practical. We spend a lot of our time moving heavy furniture around to make new displays or loading items onto trucks for delivery. It’s a lot of physical labor, and we’re usually a bit tired by the end of the day. The industrial area can be a bit gray and dusty, but we try to keep the inside of the mall looking okay. We have a few sales staff who just walk around with the customers and answer questions without being too pushy. We get all kinds of people coming in, from young couples picking their first bed to older folks looking for a sturdy cupboard. We don't have a big mission or any corporate slogans. We just sell furniture and hope people like what they buy. It gets quite cold in the winter months since the building is so big, so we wear extra sweaters while we work. It’s a straightforward business.
