Rashmi

Rashmi is the name on the door here at 2315 Manimajra Oshiwara. It’s a bit of a trek to get here if you don’t know the area, but once you arrive, it’s a friendly enough spot. We have been at this address for a good while now. The space inside 2315 is cozy, maybe a bit cramped some days when we have a lot going on, but we make it work. Rashmi is the one who keeps the wheels turning. She has a way of knowing exactly what needs to be done next. We don't bother with any of that corporate talk you hear from bigger places. We are just local folks trying to earn a living. The neighborhood of Oshiwara in Manimajra is always lively. There is always something happening outside the window. We like the energy of the place. Some days we are very busy, and other days we have time to sit and have a long lunch. We don't follow a strict corporate clock. If the work is done, we relax a bit. If there is more to do, we stay late. It is a very flexible way to work, which is why we like it here. People know Rashmi and they know they can find her right here at her desk most days. They stop by without calling first sometimes, and that is fine with us.
