Running a place like T.I.S.H Foods in Sector 35 keeps us on our toes. We are located right on the Main Market Road, which means there is never a quiet moment. Being so close to the bus stand, we hear the horns and the engines all day long. It gets a bit loud, but you get used to it after a week or two. Our team is small, just a few of us who have been working together for a while now. We don't have a big corporate setup. It’s just a practical workspace where we handle the food business. We spend a lot of time organizing the inventory and making sure everything is where it should be. Sometimes the delivery vans get stuck in the market traffic, which is a bit of a headache, but we manage. We’ve had the same old desks for years, and the floor has some scuffs from moving crates around. When it gets hot in the afternoon, we usually just open the windows and hope for a breeze. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just focus on the daily tasks and try to stay ahead of the schedule. If you’re coming from the bus stand, it’s just a short walk down the road. You’ll see us there, probably busy with some boxes or paperwork.
