We are based over at 31, Industrial Area, Phase-I. Being in an industrial zone means there is always a lot of humming from the machines and trucks coming in and out. Ambika Roller Flour Mills Pvt. Ltd. is basically a big operation where we grind grain into flour. It’s dusty work, and the machines are pretty loud, but that’s just how a mill is. We’ve got a team that knows the equipment inside and out. Most of them have been here for years, so they don't need much direction. We aren't into those big corporate meetings or PowerPoint presentations. We’d rather be on the floor making sure the rollers are working correctly. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a practical industrial space that fits all the big silos and grinding gear. We take in the raw grain and send out bags of flour. It’s a straightforward process, though it takes a lot of maintenance to keep things running. Sometimes a belt breaks or a motor acts up, and we have to jump in and fix it ourselves. We don't have a fancy lobby with a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably find us near the loading dock or checking the fineness of the flour. We just want to do our job and go home at the end of the day. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do.
