We have been running J J Food at shop number 87 in the Motor Market for quite some time now. Sector-48 C is a busy area in Chandigarh, mostly because of all the mechanics and people coming in to get their cars fixed. We started this small spot because we saw that people needed a place to grab a quick meal while they waited around. It is not a fancy place by any means. We just keep the stove going from the morning till the evening to serve whoever walks in. Most of our regulars are the guys who work in the nearby shops or people just passing through the market. We keep things simple here. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded around lunchtime and the noise from the motor market is always there in the background. That is just how life is in this part of town. We handle the daily rush and try to keep enough food ready so that nobody has to wait too long. The address is 160047, right in the middle of all the market action. It is a very practical setup. We do not have any big signs or anything, just the shop number on the door. People find us because they know the neighborhood. We focus on getting the cooking done and keeping the space tidy enough for a quick bite. It is a lot of work, but we like being part of the local scene here.
