We operate out of Plot No. 182/63 in Industrial Area-1. Exito Gourmet Pvt. Ltd. is basically where we handle all the food-related products we work with. Being in the industrial area means it's pretty noisy around here with trucks and other businesses constantly moving stuff. Our space is mostly taken up by storage and a small area where we handle the orders. It’s not a fancy showroom. It's a practical space where we can get things packed and sent out. We deal with gourmet items, so we have to be a bit careful with how things are stored. Some days it feels like we’re just moving boxes from one side of the room to the other. There’s a small group of us here, and we’ve all been doing this for a while. We don't really have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just us answering the phones and making sure the inventory is correct. Sometimes we run out of space and have to get creative with how we stack things. The industrial area isn't the prettiest part of town, but it’s where the work happens. We focus on the products and making sure they get to where they're supposed to go. It’s a lot of logistics and checking lists twice. We keep it simple and just focus on the day-to-day tasks that keep the place running. It's enough to keep us busy all day.
