Team Lease Services Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Sector 12 A in Panchkula. Our office is at house number 274. It is a decent spot, fairly easy to find once you get into the sector. Most of the time, the street outside is quiet enough, though it picks up around lunch when people head out to find something to eat. Inside the office, things are pretty straightforward. We have a few rows of desks and the usual office equipment that hums along all day. It’s not a very big space, so we all end up knowing what everyone else is doing. There are always stacks of documents that need sorting and someone is usually on a call. We don’t have any fancy decorations on the walls, just a calendar and maybe a few notes taped up here and there. The lighting is that typical bright office light that makes everything look very clear. We usually start the morning by checking the logs and seeing what’s left over from the day before. Panchkula is nice because it feels a bit more open than the really crowded cities. We’ve got some windows that let in a bit of sun, though we usually keep the blinds down to stop the glare on the screens. It’s just a place where we come to do the work and then head home at the end of the day. We try to keep the place tidy but it usually gets messy by noon.
