Chartwel International

Working in an MNC environment is what we do at Chartwel International. It is a bit of a different lifestyle compared to some of the smaller local shops around here. We deal with people from all over, but we still have our feet on the ground. The office atmosphere is busy, and there is always someone on a call or typing away at a keyboard. We do not really have a specific street address listed like some of the other places, but "Working in MNC" basically describes our daily reality. It means we follow certain protocols and have a structured way of doing things. It is not about being corporate and stuffy, though. We are just regular people who happen to work for an international company. We have our coffee breaks and our lunch hours where we talk about anything but work. Chartwel International has its own rhythm. Some days are faster than others depending on what projects are coming in. We do not use fancy mission statements to justify what we do. We just focus on the tasks we are given and try to finish them before the day ends. It is a job like any other, just with a bit more of a global reach. We like the variety of it. It keeps things interesting without being overly complicated. We just show up, do our bit for the MNC, and that is our day. It is a practical, no-nonsense way to work, and it suits us fine.
