We are tucked away at 114 Vasant Vihar in Dhakoli. If you know the Zirakpur area, you know how busy it gets around here with all the new buildings and shops popping up. Our main thing is training people and then trying to find them a place to work. It’s a bit of a juggle because the students are always coming and going at different times. We started this because we saw a lot of young folks in Mohali who had the drive but didn't quite know how to get through the door at a big company. The office isn't huge, but we make do with the space we have. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow and we all have to wait around, which gives us time to talk. We don't do anything too complicated, just teaching the basics and helping with resumes. It’s rewarding when someone calls back and says they got the job. That’s really what keeps us going. We aren't some massive agency with a call center. It’s just a few of us sitting around desks, making phone calls and checking emails. The stairs up to the office can be a bit steep, so we always tell people to take their time. We’ve been in this spot for a bit and we like the local vibe. It feels good to be part of the community here in Mohali.
