TATA Teleservices Limited

We are based in Sector 34 at the 232-233-234 building. This is the TATA Teleservices Limited office for this part of town. It is a fairly large space since we have to handle a lot of different things here. People come in all day long with questions about their phone lines, internet connections, or their bills. It can get pretty hectic, especially on Monday mornings when everyone seems to have a problem at once. The office is right in the middle of Sector 34, which is a big commercial hub. We have different desks for different services, but sometimes we all end up helping out wherever the line is longest. It is not like the big corporate headquarters you see on TV; it is more of a practical office where the real work happens. We spend a lot of time on the phones or looking at screens trying to get things sorted for the customers. There is always a pot of tea going somewhere in the back. Even though we are part of a big name, the staff here are just local people trying to get through the daily tasks.
