Tata Indicom Exclusive Store

We have been working at the Tata Indicom Exclusive Store for a long time now. Finding our place can be a little bit of a walk since we are located up on the 4th floor of Gokkligara Bhavan at Hudson Circle. Most people arrive here after dealing with the heavy traffic in Sector 46, so they are usually ready to sit down for a minute. We spend the bulk of our day helping people with their phone plans or fixing issues with their mobile connections. It gets pretty crowded around noon when everyone is out on their lunch break. Sometimes the systems are slow or a customer is confused about their monthly bill, so we just sit together and try to figure it out on the screen. It is not a fancy corporate office, just a simple room where we do our daily work. The building is quite old, and you can always hear the horns honking from the street even though we are on the 4th floor. We drink a lot of tea while we go through the paperwork and talk to the regulars. We have seen this whole neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Some days are just busy with people wanting to get a better phone or complaining about their signal strength. We do not have a big team, just a few of us who know most of the customers by their first names. It is practical work and we just keep things moving.
