Systeam

Our place is located at Sco 374, right in the mix of things near Maharani College. If you are driving down Seshadri Road or Palace Road, you have probably passed us plenty of times. Sector 22 is a busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside our door. We’ve been set up here for a good bit now. It is a practical space. We don’t spend much time on decorating or making it look like a high-end office. Instead, we focus on the tasks people bring to us. Usually, it is just local folks or students from the college stopping in because they need help with something. We keep things pretty simple. There are a few desks, some computers, and usually a pot of tea going somewhere in the back. It is not the quietest spot because of the street noise, but we have gotten used to it. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know our way around the systems. We don’t use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to people. It is better to just say what is wrong and how long it will take to fix. Working near the college means we see a lot of different faces. Every day is a bit different, which keeps it interesting. We are just here doing our job, day in and day out, making sure everything runs okay for whoever walks in.
